Mixed media portraits.
This strand of my work explores perceived identities and the artist’s reaction, hidden identities and invented identities.
I am also interested in the space between performative and “real” identity, masks, and the identity of the relationship which is created between the artist and the subject.
Mixed media abstract heads
Mixed media bodies.
I am interested in the space between body and performative identity. The body image as a symbol and expression of prowess, superiority and power. Maintenance of self-image. The relationship of physical form to social dynamics, aspiration and “achievement”. The body as a display board, particularly in queer culture.
Mixed media erotic art abstracts.
This strand of my work explores human performative sexuality in the digital age, including ideas of created sexual identities, self-imposed taboo and socially-imposed censorship during a time of immense access.

Other digital collage, illustration, stencil and print.
This is currently a less active area of work for me. However, I am particularly interested in symbolism, ritual, mythology, folklore and “pseudoscience”, and its relationship to cultural heritage, identity and current social values.
